The Isle of Wight - Stop the War Coalition is made up of individuals and political groups who strongly oppose war and the racism that accompanies it. We believe in action through solidarity with anyone who opposes this war.

It is affiliated to the National Stop the War Coalition.

12th April 2003: Coach to the London demo, Newport 7:20, Wooton 7:30, Fishbourne 7:35.

19th April 2003: The Writing is in the Sand, bring a rake and make your mark.  Meet outside Sandown Pier and
                           bring a prepared message to leave in the sand. How far can we make peace messages?

Weekly vigil

every Friday, 6pm – 7pm

at St James’s Square, Newport

Activists’ meeting

every Friday, 7.15pm onwards
